Step 1:  Enrollment Application


Families are asked to complete an enrollment application for EACH student enrolling in Canton Montessori School.  Enrollment applications are due for current families no later than Tuesday, February 27, 2024.  If you are enrolling for BOTH the school year and summer - please complete both applications.

This year Canton Montessori School is moving to an electronic enrollment application (it is the same application for all students).  If you'd like a paper application to complete - please contact the School Office and one will be provided - the deadlines are the same.

$500.00 tuition deposit (per family) is due no later than Tuesday, February 27, 2024.  The tuition deposit holds your child(ren)'s seat and will be applied to your 1st 2024-2025 School Year invoice (sent in August 2024).  Please utilize the Pay Your Bill link (please add in the message section "enrollment deposit") or mail a check payable to "Canton Montessori School."

We do not require a tuition deposit for the Summer Program.  Participation in the Summer Program is NOT required and is not available for our Elementary Students. 

Optional:  EdChoice or Financial Assistant Application


Families interested in applying for the EdChoice Scholarship or FACTS Financial Assistance are encouraged to start the process now.

The Ohio EdChoice Scholarship window opens February 1st.

FACTS Financial Assistance (given to students who do not qualify for EdChoice - typically those in Toddler or Pre-Primrary Program) will be evaluated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

REQUIRED:  NEW School Aged Students ONLY

Step #2:  Back-to-School Paperwork


Families are asked to complete a back-to-school packet for EACH student enrolled at Canton Montessori School.  This information is required to be collected ANNUALLY (typically in April for current students) and upon enrollment for new students.  

In Spring 2024, Canton Montessori School is moving to an electronic packet.  If you'd like a paper packet to complete - please get in touch with the School Office and one will be provided - the deadlines are the same.

It is the parent's responsibility to notify the School Office should any information change about the student throughout the year, including address, phone number, allergies, custody documents, etc.  We appreciate your partnership in keeping our records accurate!
