Enrollment Paperwork
This paperwork is required annually for ALL students enrolled at Canton Montessori School. Please complete it by the published due dates to avoid a potentially delayed start of school for your student(s). We appreciate your partnership. Parents are reminded it is your responsibility to contact the school should any information change throughout the school year! Please contact the office if you'd like a paper copy of this packet.
